Error message after updating to 2.3.3

After updating to 2.3.3, I'm now getting an error message when clicking on the Settings tab.
I have Unity Hub 3.9.0 installed, Unity Editors 2019.4.31f1, 2022.3.6f1, and 2022.3.22f1 installed.
