[1881] In-Client Bug Reporting has unexplained and confusing asterisks after labels
WubTheCaptain
## Description
The asterisks don't have any explained meaning, and the implied meaning of an asterisk indicating a "required" field is also not consistent. "Category" and "Frequency" have asterisks after the labels, but setting those fields is not required to submit a bug report (as demonstrated here).
## Reproduction Steps
- Launch VRChat 2026.3.1 (OPEN BETA) build 1878 or later.
- Navigate to in-client bug reporting from Quick Menu - Report bug.
- Type in a single character to bug title, bug description and steps to reproduce. The "Submit" button will become active.
- Try submitting a bug report.
See the attached video from comments.

Expected result: "Category" and "Frequency" empty in OP.
Actual result: "Category" is "Audio", "Frequency" is "Once".
