## Description
Not necessarily a bug but a feature request.
Please make it clear in the client that in-client reported bugs will be posted publicly to feedback.vrchat.com before submission. The UI doesn't currently state anything about this.
## Reproduction Steps
  1. In VRChat 20256.3.1 (OPEN BETA) Build 1878 or later, navigate to Main Menu, Debug, Report a bug.
  2. Check the UI. Notice there's no privacy notice or a mention about submitted bug reports becoming public.
  3. Submit a bug report in-client or check https://feedback.vrchat.com/client-bug-reporting?sort=new
