  1. Claim 400 promo credits from a Lucky Red Envelope on 2026-02-19 as a VRC+ subscriber as described in a promotion banner in Quick Menu at ~00:30 (UTC)
  2. Wait ~18 hours to 2026-02-19 18:00 (UTC) for promotional changes (?)
  3. Notice there's now a (different?) promo for 399 credits in the Quick Menu carousel
  4. Attempt to claim said 399 credits now as a VRC+ subscriber, but there is only the Lucky Red Envelope for 400 credits previously claimed which cannot be claimed again
Expected behavior: My credits received from the promotion should be 399 (single promotion) or 799 credits (cumulatively). Alternatively, the promotion banner should say 400 credits instead of 399 credits (and reward a cumulative total of 400 credits).
Actual behavior: I've received 400 promo credits instead of the 399 credits currently promoted and I'm unable to receive more credits (+399) from this misconfigured promo.
