The Trust & Safety Reporting system has not been improved

The Trust & Safety Reporting system was updated on January 26th, but numerous issues remain unresolved.
First, it states that the in-app reporting system has been improved, but it has not. When reporting within the app:
- There is no way to enter the report content in languages other than English.
- Even if I enter the report content in English, I'm asked to report via the website due to insufficient evidence (Check the attached picture. The language is Japanese).
This means we have no choice but to continue reporting via the web.
VRC's words and actions are contradictory.
Next, it states that reports lacking screenshots or video recordings will be automatically closed, yet the attachment size limit remains unchanged. To attach a video recording, you cannot upload it directly and must instead send it via Google Drive or similar services. However, if this causes the report to be automatically closed as “lacking attachments,” that is a system flaw.
Finally, closing reports en masse that haven't been processed for about a month is unacceptable. VRC requests re-reporting through the app, yet as mentioned above, the in-app reporting function remains unchanged. Furthermore, disregarding all requests received during system reconstruction is not a sincere response.
In conclusion, the following improvements are necessary:
- Provide means to report in languages other than English (e.g., multilingual keyboards)
- If insufficient evidence is the reason, establish a system where VRC immediately monitors and moderates reported users
- Increase the file size limit for attachments in web reports to over 2GB
