[1912] Gesture Icons non-existant

The gesture icons, along its setting, is completely unexistant with the new Desktop HUD and its settings tab.
It still is a useful setting to have when you're stuggling with your gestures, so i'm surprised it's gone.

- Open the action menu (in desktop mode).
- Toggle on Options - Avatar - Gestures.
Expected result: See the gesture icon in the HUD, as present on Build 1903.
Actual result: The gesture icon is gone in Build 1919.
Because it's not mentioned in the VRChat 2026.3.3 release notes, I consider this is a bug and not an intended change.

I use gesture icons very often because i dont want to use the face mirror, and its useful if im on desktop trying to make sure im doing the right gesture internally without looking at my facial expression

Please bring back the "Show Gesture Icons" feature. It's very helpful, especially for Index controller users, to avoid awkward situations.
