Youtube Players only work if others play URL

For some reason i am unable to play Youtube videos by myself for quite a few weeks now. No matter which world or player type i use, Youtube videos won't play for me. Videos that have been set by the world and so on are playing without a problem. If someone is in the same world when i paste a URL and try to play it, they'll see the video playing, i wont.
As soon as someone plays the same Video URL for me, then it loads for me and i can watch it.
I've tried updating the Youtube-DL.exe to see if this fixes my issues, but it didnt.
Are there users with the same issue or is it just me?

When anyone enters a url for a video from youtube or a dropbox link to a video player the video doesnt play for the person who entered it but plays for everyone else, it will show if they leave and come back to the world. Seems to only be with the vrc sync video stream

I have a couple of friends with this same issue. They haven't found a work around for it either.
