- Open avatar list
- Click on avatar and then press escape really quickly afterwards or switch into another avatar quickly.
- The avatar preview will stay in world.

Closing Menu Leaves a Floating Avatar Preview

When looking at avatar menu, closing the menu leaves behind a floating avatar. the Avatar moves to the right side of your menu when you open the menu up again. I did not have a mirror up and I was in a world I uploaded so I know there isn't the mini preview prefab in there.
Specifically it seemed to happen when you look at a model you uploaded, then looked in the fallback menu, then closed the menu entirely. It goes away if you open avatar details then close the menu.
It might only happen on my avatars with base and action layers in the Avatar Descriptor. Need to check more.
I was on desktop when this happened.

- Go to the avatars tab of your menu (it will show a 3d model of the avatar you are currently wearing)
- Go to the fallback section of your avatars
- Set an an avatar as your fallback
- Close the menu
The 3d preview of the avatar you are wearing will now stay in place in the world, even without your menu open. If you open your quick menu it will change position, and does not go back to normal until you open the avatar selection menu.
I encountered this bug on Quest, but I don't know if it affects other platforms

I have not encountered this bug, but my friend posted a screenshot of it.

VRChat fixes a bug while causing a new one. Strange though, it only shows your current avatar and the floating one is smaller than the preview.

I've noticed this also happens when opening the chatbox with this menu open
