Cursor stay displayed while using a controller

The cursor for menus is always displayed on Android while a controller is being used.
- Enter any world
- Connect a controller
- Press any buttons to switch to controller mode (The on-screen controls disappears)
- The menu cursor appears at the middle of the screen, with no way to make it disappear

StormRel I have found this issue on Google Pixel 6a running LineageOS 23.2 (Android 16), Retroid Pocket 6 (Android 16) and Retroid Pocket Duo (Android 16).
I have used a 8bitdo Pro 3, Nintendo Switch Pro controller and the built-in controllers to the Retroid devices, and it all trigger this bug.
