View/Fix World Validations Even not Logged in

It is quite annoying that the whole SDK panel is locked up when not logged in (or login session expired).
Sometimes I don't want to upload or test a world on the client yet and just want to properly setup the world for editing, but all world validation hints such as physics layer not correctly configurated are locked up.
Is it possible to unlock the builder tab but only gray out actions does really required to logged in when not logged in?

And yeah, ClientSim also requires layers to setup properly, I can't test anything within editor for a newly created project until I logged in and proceed.
