I have uploaded an example public avatar to showcase the issue. I have no clue what causes this, but avatar itself might help the dev team.

[1370/1350/1348] Avatar Scaling breaks on certain avatars
C0D3 M4513R
- Find a specific Avatar for which this happens
- Open VRChat
- Load into a World
- Go into the Menu for Avatar Scaling
- Enter the Radial
- The avatar changes size as you enter your new size as usual
- Confirm the Change
- Your Avatar Size is reset to your regular Avatar size.
Some testing steps I took so far:
- I removed all Animators from my avatar, but the issue seems to persist regardless
- I looked if all my uploaded avatars are affected, but that doesn't seem to be the case as I found an unaffected one.
- I removed all SkinnedMeshRenderers, and the issue still persists.
- I removed a lot of custom armature, and the issue still persists.
- Removing the Animator->Avatar Reference makes scaling work again
I uploaded a test avatar that has this issue with the id: avtr_cac667a4-34d8-48e4-baf7-2d75269f86f4 (use Prismic's Avatar World to get it, by directly entering the id)
I also tested the avatar on a second computer and it this behavior also happens there.
Tested on builds 1348, 1350 and 1370

Thanks for reporting this issue!
Could you provide a video or screenshot of the issue?
Is this happening only on SDK 2 avatars?
Jared
StormRel: This is happening on SDK 3 Avatars. I cannot seem to replicate it on SDK 2 avatars.
I've noticed its happening on avatars that I have rescaled in unity because they were too small originally. This has never been an issue in the past.
This also appears to be true for only one of my avatars that was scaled down instead of up. With the difference being that I'm locked at a higher height rather than being too small.
The SDK 2 avatars that I know were too small and had to be rescaled in unity don't seem to have this issue either. It's only the SDK 3 avatars as far as I can tell.
You can also see in my screenshots that my height is lower than what should be possible by normal means.

StormRel: Hi, in the video link below, i have showcased scaling, and the effect it produces right after switching avatar to something else (tries to reflect the current scale during the hologram state)
I haven't encountered this bug with any SDK2.0 avatar yet, this avatar was not scaled in Unity and does not use any 3rd party systems like GoGoLoco. Evertything is set to default.

I have a similar issue.
In the Live build my avatar is fine, but for others in the Beta, they all see me as a tiny person floating around where my hips should be. This is especially annoying because they keep looking at my crotch and asking why I'm so small.
I tried out the beta to see what was happening, and when I loaded in, I was super tiny and couldn't rescale myself to the right height. It was all broken. This is true for a few of my main avatars, so it's a little frustrating that there's nothing that I can do.
It is fine for other avatars though.
