On the latest version of the open beta, social presence appears to be non-functioning. My friends list retains the state it was in upon client start and favorite friends lists show all as offline.

Two related things:
Social menu keeps everyone in the state they initially were (Online, offline, etc) and only updates them when viewing their profile, but does not remove them from the online friends section.
And
Favorite friends lists remain completely empty, never populating

Can you provide a repro or video for this? Friends list is updating correctly for me.

StormRel: I'll pitch into this one. I've reported something similar as a separate bug report maybe a month or two ago. Another example is a friend changing status (blue, green, orange, red), and the friend list doesn't reflect their current status until you click on them; then it immediately changes.

StormRel: I don' t think a video can really showcase this well but what I've noticed since the open beta updated to its current version is my friends list doesn't update at all from its initial state when I logged in. For example, the previous session (last night), I had 146 friends online around the time when I started, and the social menu never once strayed away from that number the entire night nor did the state of friends update either in the social menu, but I was keeping track of it elsewhere (VRCX) in actuality, I peaked at around 190 friends that night. Elsewhere, my favourites friends list in-app was reporting all favourite friends as offline.

Every favorite friends lists shows (0/0) and not showing any users at all. This happened both on social menu and wings. This will not unfavoriting bug, I checked some friends I had favorited, and they are still show unfavorite button.
