Turning is less responsive when QM is open
Repro steps:
  1. Open the Quick Menu.
  2. Do not point your raycast/laser at the menu.
  3. Attempt to turn your avatar left or right (smooth turn preferrably).
  4. Notice that turning is less responsive than normal.
