[Feedback for Locomotion Toggle] Don't reload the Avatar when turning Locomotion on / off.

Currently your entire Avatar reloads when you are switching between Locomotion Animations being on or off. This can be a bit annoying sometimes, especially when you have paramters on your avatar which you have turned off the saving for. It’s also not so nice to see your Avatar reload when you do it.
If it’s possible I would hope that this could be changed, so that the Avatar doesn’t reload anymore when turning it on / off.

Thanks for the feedback! We can investigate not reloading, but we're swapping out the entire base layer when you toggle this. I understand that for some avatars this reloading is inconvenient, but for others they might end up broken if not starting from a fresh baseline because we have no way to know how that avatar's base layer has interacted with the other layers. This might be a case where adjusting what parameters you save is the safest option, but I understand that the reload on toggle is undesirable.
