VRC_SpatialAudioSource spatializing regardless of setting
AlphaSatanOmega
The new VRC_Spatial Audio Source script doesn't work properly for all users. Unchecking 'Enable Spatialization' is being entirely ignored and the audio source continues to spatialize. This prohibits the use of 2D audio in any regard, such as world background audio.

I've noticed the same issue. I've tested my audio in game and while I had all my audio set up correctly, it was still spatialized and even making the audio source size bigger did nothing. The only way I was able to fix it at all was when I removed the spatial audio source script.

The
VRC_Spatial Audio Source
component does not do anything in the editor. You need to test inside the application. - At the least this means your demonstration is not valid.AlphaSatanOmega
