[1761] Debug menu scrolls while moving forward/back

The new debug menu has scroll sensitivity > 0 which means it scrolls while moving forward/backward, I'm a bit conflicted because I agree it would be nice to scroll it with the mouse on desktop but it scrolling on its own when moving forward/back is very disruptive, curious what other creators think.
Of course the best of both world would be to be able to scroll with the mouse without it scrolling when moving forward/back :eyes:

When first opening the game, the debug menu will scroll up and down when using the keyboard.
It will stop after you open the quick menu.
