VCC reports different SDK version number than what is actually in use in project

- Upgrade VRChat Creator Companion from 0.24 to 0.25
- View an existing project created with VCC 0.24
- VCC reports SDK version 3.0.8, but 3.0.6 is actually in use
This prevents users from easily upgrading the SDK, as the green "Upgrade" button does not appear in VCC.
Can be mitigated by downgrading the SDK, then upgrading.
