Adding or creating project doesn't add or add the newly created project. When creating new project, the project does create but VCC never receives info about the project being created and gets stuck on Please wait.

Through a Discord conversation, we've discovered that the cause of this specific failure was the Settings file not serializing properly, somehow caused by the OS' language being set to Czech. The problem cleared up once it was changed to English.
