I have added 5 custom packages to Creator Companion but the project's user package list scroll is frozen on the top, leaving only 3 of the packages available on the top.

The list responds to my scroll wheel and dragging with left mouse but the scroll instantly snaps back to the top position.

Also there is no visible scrollbar when content extends beyond the window.

I have tried restarting VCC and adding / removing packages with no luck.
