[BUG, 0.2.0] Settings page is slow to load.

The settings page takes a while to load on my modern machine, yet there's no indicator that the settings button was clicked, or that its loading. Even a busy mouse cursor would be an improvement.

We just released version 2.0.0 of the Creator Companion! It no longer gets stuck on the settings page while waiting for Unity.
