Allow removal of the samples directory

After creating a new Udon# project and delete the Samples directory next time you import a package the SDK puts the Samples directory back. I should be able to choose whether the samples are in my project as I could previously.

This is already in, but not working by default because I didn't update the UdonSharp template in the latest release.
To fix this for your project, update its SDK to 3.0.4 using the Creator Companion (see the attached screenshot). Then reopen your project and you should be able to delete the Samples folder and it should no longer come back.
I'll keep this ticket open until the next release, where we'll update the UdonSharp template to start from the right VRC Package versions.
