SoundCloud "URL Not Allowed" and is on the Trusted URL List

Tested on PC and Android with multiple different users asked to test in different worlds across VRChat. Everyone got the same results and purposefully entering a legitimate untrusted url would bring up a completely different error explicitly stating the URL was Untrusted.
Review the Trusted URL list to verify that SoundCloud is listed.
Ensure Allow Untrusted URLs is disabled.
Attempt to use AVPro with any SoundCloud link. Example link: https://soundcloud.com/zip-zap-523999143/tv-time-electro-swing-mix
Enable Untrusted URLs.
Witness that the SoundCloud link now works.
Repeat from step 2 to notice how easy it is to replicate this issue regardless of the domains added to the web configuration on VRChat's website.
