I do not recieve live notifications. I am required to restart vr chat in order to review any notifications that had not shown.

Open vr chat. Join any instance. Live notifications such as friend request, instance/world inv, group inv, and group notifications do not show up in notification quick or big menu. Close vr chat. Restart vr chat and all missed notifications show

I am not getting any pop up notifications say for example: the instance closes I don't get that little bell at the bottom of my screen that says "this instance is closed" but if I go to my menu I can see the notifications they just aren't popping up while I'm playing
