[1205] Right-hand controller unable to trigger when VRChat window loses focus until Quick Menu is opened again

Right-hand controller unable to trigger when VRChat window loses focus until the Quick Menu is opened again
Steps to reproduce:
- Video: https://vrcdn.video/hai/57a08ac476234bdaf9d6ac5281467392.mp4
- Press the right controller trigger on an interact: The interact functions
- Open the SteamVR desktop view, or open XSOverlay, or open OVR Toolkit
- On the desktop view, click on any other window that is not VRChat (do NOT minimize the VRChat window)
- Close the desktop view
- Press the right controller trigger on an interact
Observed (independently):
- Pressing the right-hand controller trigger on an interact does NOT trigger
- Pressing the left-hand controller trigger on an interact does trigger correctly
Additional notes:
- Opening the Desktop view, focusing the VRChat window, and closing the Desktop view, then pressing the right-hand controller trigger on an interact does trigger
- Opening the quick menu, closing it, then pressing the right-hand controller trigger on an interact does trigger
- Opening the right-hand Action Menu Wheel, then opening the left-hand quick menu, then closing the left-hand quick menu with the left-hand quick menu button, then pressing the right-hand controller trigger on an interact does NOT trigger
Expected:
- The interact should function
-----
Note: This report is different from "https://feedback.vrchat.com/bug-reports/p/ui-interactionpickups-cant-be-interacted-with-if-vrchat-window-not-focused" because in my case, the right controller trigger continues to function even when the VRChat window is minimized out of focus.

Cleaning up some old canny posts - this was fixed a while ago.

using win+down to minimize, clicking on a taskbar icon to change focus, or alt-tabbing does not trigger the bug.
holding left click in the vrchat window triggers a right hand grab action which I dont think is supposed to happen while in vr.
may be correlated.

Right controller frequently stops being able to use "Interact" until bindings are edited/changed.

Started in the last few builds, not sure which one. Have had a handful of people experience it: You stop being able to "interact" click on things in the world with your right hand after some time into a session.
You can make it work again by going into the bind screen and changing any option (and changing it right back)
and it will continue working until the bug is triggered again.
Always right controller only.

UI interaction/Pickups can't be interacted with if VRChat Window not focused
Netcat~
Steps to replicate:
- Start VRChat in VR
- Minimize the window
- Try clicking on any UI Shape Button etc.
-> Doesn't work anymore (Only with the the last registered hand to click on something)
EDIT: I noticed it also doesn't work on Pickups as well.
It used to work when VRChat was minimized, probably regression error. Please fix if possible!

Thought I was going crazy or something was wrong with my controller. I have also been having this same issue, usually with my right controller. Recently learned that opening up my quickmenu and closing it fixes the issue.

I have a sub-variant of this bug.
Sometimes my right controller will just stop responding to any interactions; opening the VRChat menu, then closing it (sometimes has to be done more than once, but rarely) appears to rectify the issue.
Hard to pin down exactly when this issue started, but it was within the past month.

bug does not care about controller type

I often see the old desktop cursor aswell while in vr and the window is not focused
